Is this a pyramid?
People sometimes use the terms "pyramid," and "pyramid scheme" without really understanding them. To some, it has a negative connotation, implying an illegal business, or a scam. At other times, the term is simply used to describe any kind of multi-level marketing business.

Let's deal with the question of legality first—the credibility of Simplexity stands on its own. As a leading network marketing company in the U.S. and Canada for over twenty years, Simplexity is subject to all the regulatory requirements of the business world and holds all appropriate federal and state licenses. Thousands of customers buy the products, not just business associates. Illegality is not even an issue.

Now let's look at the structure of a pyramid. In fact, virtually every organization, company, and even the government is structured like a pyramid in the sense that fewer people are at "the top" than are at "the bottom." In most companies in the business world, the people at the top have most of the power and earn most of the money. In our business of network marketing, however, the people at "the top" do not necessarily make most of the money. This is where network marketing differs from the corporate structure. Everyone begins at the same starting point and has the same opportunity to succeed. No one makes more money from your network than you. This is contrary to some popular misconceptions about network marketing.

Network marketing companies may be "pyramids" in structure—but that is not unique to any industry, nor does it indicate anything about the legality, function or benefits of this kind of business.

What kind of work would I have to do?
You potentially get paid for two kinds of activities: marketing to customers, and mentoring your new business associates. Commissions are paid solely on the volume of sales, so it's up to you to decide how many customers you want in your group, and how many business associates you want to recruit, train, and support. You get paid on the activity of your group, according to the Simplexity Compensation Plan. As your sponsor I will share the details of the plan with you whenever you are ready.

How much money can I make?
The amount of money you will make with this business is determined by your own goals and efforts. This is not a "get rich quick" scheme. If you do not commit yourself and work with focus and diligence, as in any business, you decrease your chances for success.

Some people work a few hours a week, and make a few hundred to a few thousand extra dollars a month. A few work full-time. An advantage of network marketing is that the potential income far exceeds the opportunities usually open to average people. The time commitment is flexible. What you do is up to you, not an employer. Set your sights and efforts on achieving your goals. Anything is possible. It is up to you to decide where you fit in.

I don't have any spare time.
That's a great reason to work with a part-time Simplexity business! Most people today are too busy, either working too many hours to maintain a lifestyle, or working too many hours just trying to get by. While it's true that earning income takes time in any business, a few hours every week building a network marketing business can yield much better results down the road than most retirement plans—even if you have one. With an online business, your web system is working for you, even when you are doing something else!
